My flat.is SE facing and very well ventilated. I get abundance of fresh air and sunlight in all my rooms. Internal designing of the flat is so nice that every inch of the flat is utilised. No space remains unused. All the three balconies are well planned. Drawing/ dining room along with open kitchen are really quite spacious so that whoever comes for the first time gets a very good feeling. Apart from 5 Towers and Club House, plenty of space available for gardening, for morning / evening walkers, open car parking and children’s playing area. I bought my apartment looking at the DCL brand and I am happy that I made the right choice. DCL’s design and engineering excellence reflects in every aspect of our complex. The DCL brand has a great bearing on the resale price of the apartments in our complex.
