I like my apartment which is well ventilated and abundance sunlight along with outdoor spaces which is well designed and adequate spaces

After spending 7 years in my apartment in Sampoorna Tritiya, we (myself and my wife) can say with conviction that we made the right choice in purchasing this apartment as it has fulfilled our dream of living in a spacious accommodation located in a magnificent housing complex. Sampoorna Housing Complex is having a lot of open space and greenery and is equipped with all the standard amenities like garden, children’s park, club house and parking lot. The apartments are scientifically designed to make all the rooms very airy and full of light. The 5 towers are well spaced. The well thought floor plan is very convenient and cosy and we feel proud when it is appreciated by all the visiting guests. The club house with a banquet, gym, indoor games and swimming pool provide adequate facilities for social and physical activities. All in all it has been a great experience to be part of this beautiful housing complex which is situated at a strategic location in Newtown with wide approach roads.

My flat.is SE facing and very well ventilated. I get abundance of fresh air and sunlight in all my rooms. Internal designing of the flat is so nice that every inch of the flat is utilised. No space remains unused. All the three balconies are well planned. Drawing/ dining room along with open kitchen are really quite spacious so that whoever comes for the first time gets a very good feeling. Apart from 5 Towers and Club House, plenty of space available for gardening, for morning / evening walkers, open car parking and children’s playing area. I bought my apartment looking at the DCL brand and I am happy that I made the right choice. DCL’s design and engineering excellence reflects in every aspect of our complex. The DCL brand has a great bearing on the resale price of the apartments in our complex.

I live in Mahua Madhabi Cluster. I like my apartment but more than that I like the outdoor space in the complex. It is so well designed and landscaped.

My decision to make Rupashree my permanent address was primarily based on my confidence in DCL’s excellence in design and engineering consultancy over a long period of time and Rupashree complex has lived up to my expectation. Also, the location of the complex in New Town is a big thumb up. Apartments and Towers are arranged strategically, so that abundant fresh air and natural light is available in each apartment. Careful thought is visible in space utilization, provision for storage space and domestic appliances in each apartment.

I have been living in Rupashree cluster of Shree complex since last 12 years. In my opinion, Shree is a landmark project in every sense of the term. Especially its design and engineering excellence reflects in every aspect of our complex.

Being a fairly long-time resident of Rupashree I can say that DCL’s design and engineering excellence is reflected in every aspect of our complex– be it cross ventilation and day light in each and every room, intra and inter dwelling privacy, efficient use of each indoor and outdoor space or quality of materials and construction. The central square, surrounded by 3 residential towers and a club house, each opening to the community space is truly a meeting place for children and adults alike—for play, social and cultural activities, open air exhibitions, and similar others. There is plenty of garden area located on the periphery of the complex and on the roof of Club house for enjoyment of all. Living in Rupashree is truly bliss for people of all ages. We have been living in Uttara Tritiya housing at New Town for last 15 years. What I am impressed with is the excellent build quality which holds very well after years, the design and the well thought out airy layout. Also probably one of the few complexes which has 3 balconies in each flat.

What I like about my home is the attention to details that has been given while designing the unit. Every aspect of human behaviour and our modern-day lifestyle has been considered.
