Dutt and headed by Smt. Shanta Ghosh.

Associated with the conception and development of New Town, Kolkata, since the mid nineties, Development Consultants has contributed significantly to the preparation of Master Land Use Plan of the town, Detail Sector Level Plans for Action Area 1 and other important studies. And Bengal DCL has conceived the Urban Design Plan of the 200 hectare Central Business District of New Town.
