Sampoorna is Bengal DCL's latest residential project at Action Area II, New Town Kolkata. Since we have been associated with New Town from the time it was conceived, we recognize that Action Area II is going to be the nerve-centre of the locality. Sampoorna, on a 4-acre plot, comprises 320 apartments in two clusters:
Prathama-Dwitiya
While Prathama includes 120 one-bedroom LIG apartments in six 5-storied blocks,Dwitiya accommodates 40 two-bedroom MIG apartments of two sizes in one 10-storied tower.
Tritiya
160 HIG units (Three-bedroom apartments and four and five-bedroom duplexes ) in five10-storied towers. |
