Being a fairly long-time resident of Rupashree I can say that DCL’s design and engineering excellence is reflected in every aspect of our complex– be it cross ventilation and day light in each and every room, intra and inter dwelling privacy, efficient use of each indoor and outdoor space or quality of materials and construction. The central square, surrounded by 3 residential towers and a club house, each opening to the community space is truly a meeting place for children and adults alike—for play, social and cultural activities, open air exhibitions, and similar others. There is plenty of garden area located on the periphery of the complex and on the roof of Club house for enjoyment of all. Living in Rupashree is truly bliss for people of all ages.
