 | FILL IN THE ENCLOSED Application Form and sign the declaration. |
| Draw a draft/pay order in favour of Bengal DCL Housing Development Company Limited payable at Kolkata for the required amount
specified in the PAYMENT SCHEDULE given in GENERAL TERMS & CONDITONS. Fill in the enclosed PAY-IN-SLIP. |
| Deposit your APPLICATION FORM in a collecting UCO Bank Branch before the last date. |
| Get the Applicant's Copy of the PAY-IN-SLIP and retain it until allotment is over. |
| If you are an outstation applicant, send your application by post to Bengal DCL's office within the stipulated date. Bengal DCL will send
the acknowledged PAY-IN-SLIP to you by registered post. Alternatively, you may mail the APPLICATION FORM to your
relative/friend/associate in Kolkata, who can then, deposit the APPLICATION FORM in person to a collecting UCO Bank branch and
collect the acknowledged PAY -IN-SLIP. |

The design and features of Sampoorna shown in this brochure are preliminary and subject to necessary changes, though all efforts will be

Dimensions indicated in the building plans are in meters and are inner-structural dimensions of all spaces, without plasters, wall tiles,
skirting and dado. Marginal revisions may be necessary during construction .
The Covered Area of an apartment is the aggregate of apartment area and percentage share of common areas within a block/tower. The
common areas considered in this case include stairs and lobby at different floors; letterbox space and electrical room on the ground floor;
and stair room and lift machine room, as applicable.
